            <description><![CDATA[We are seeking a dependable and experienced CNC Machinist to program, set up, and run Mazak (Mazatrol) and Yama Seiki (Fanuc) bar-fed lathes with live tooling, Y axis, and sub spindles. In this role, you will partner with the Machine Shop Manager to manufacture new business being won with companies in the Aerospace, Defense, Power Generation, Transportation, and Technology sectors. <br>CNC Machinist Requirements: <br>
<ul>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent</li>
<li>Certificate or diploma in engineering or relevant discipline is a plus</li>
<li>3-5 years of experience as a CNC Machinist</li>
<li>Previous experience with Mazatrol or Fanuc is a plus (Mazak QT 100M, Mazak Nexus 200M, Mazak QT 250, Mazak QTU-250MY, Yama Seiki Goodway GLS-2000LYS)</li>
<li>Computer savvy and familiarity with programming and interpreting CNC software</li>
<li>Experience utilizing a tow motor is a plus</li>
<li>Capable of programming the machine by entering instructions, including zero and reference points, setting tool registers, offsets, compensation, and conditional switches, calculating requirements, and proving part programs </li>
<li>Capable of troubleshooting processes, adjusting and reprogramming controls, changing inserts and replacing worn tools</li>
<li>Capable of setting up lathes or mills by installing fixtures, attachments, and tools necessary to complete jobs according to specifications is a plus</li>
<li>Ability to read and interpret work orders and blueprints (materials, specifications, and geometric dimensions and tolerances or GD&T) to machine products accurately</li>
<li>Perform inspections of equipment, materials and products</li>
<li>Prepare and loads raw materials and parts onto the machines</li>
<li>Monitors the machines while they execute the tasks and makes any necessary adjustments to produce a better result</li>

<br>The CNC Set-Up Operator will support Operations and Engineering by setting up and operating CNC equipment within the Primary Operations work cell.             <description><![CDATA[We are seeking a Direct Hire Production & Purchasing Coordinator to join a highly automated manufacturing facility with over 100 state-of-the-art machines producing precision automotive components. This position plays a key role in coordinating production schedules and supporting purchasing activities in a collaborative, team-driven environment focused on quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement.<br><br>
Key Responsibilities
<ul>
<li data-start="911" data-end="999">Prepare and manage production schedules based on priorities and material availability.</li>
<li data-start="1002" data-end="1086">Communicate schedules and updates with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment.</li>
<li data-start="1089" data-end="1173">Work closely with Purchasing and serve as a point of contact for assigned vendors.</li>
<li data-start="1176" data-end="1302">Research, recommend, and coordinate purchases for materials, MRO items, and inventory management systems (including Kanban).</li>

Qualifications:
<ul>
<li data-start="1714" data-end="1814">Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in production control or purchasing.</li>
<li data-start="1817" data-end="1875">Minimum of 2 yearsâexperience with ERP/MRP systems.</li>
<li data-start="1878" data-end="1958">Advanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables, queries, and formulas required).</li>
<li data-start="1961" data-end="2032">Strong analytical and reporting skills with keen attention to detail.</li>
<li data-start="2035" data-end="2106">Excellent organizational, multitasking, and prioritization abilities.</li>
<li data-start="2109" data-end="2163">Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.</li>
