<br><strong>Position Overview</strong><br>
<br>The CNC Set-Up Operator will support Operations and Engineering by setting up and operating CNC equipment within the Primary Operations work cell. This role plays a critical part in maintaining and improving safety, quality, delivery, and cost metrics related to the conversion of foam and other materials into finished products, assemblies, and kits.<br>
<br><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong><br>

<li>Inspect and verify work prior to submission;process non-conforming materials per established procedures.</li>
<li>Perform offsets, compensations, and conditional switches;calculate requirements using basic math, geometry, and trigonometry.</li>
<li>Maintain specifications through observation, measurement, and detection of machining issues.</li>
<li>Monitor and report scrap daily, offering solutions to reduce future occurrences.</li>

<br>The Quality Control (QC) inspector is responsible for ensuring printed products meet customer specifications and internal quality standards across flexographic and digital printing processes. This role focuses on color accuracy, print consistency, material compliance, and defect prevention throughout production.<br>
<br>Key Responsibilities<br>
