Job Description
Anderson|Biro Staffing is looking to add an experienced Recruiter to our team.
We’re seeking someone who can own searches, build strong talent pipelines, and play a key role in delivering exceptional results for our clients. This is not an entry-level coordination role —we’re looking for someone who understands recruiting and is ready to contribute at a high level.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake to placement
- Source, screen, and qualify candidates across multiple industries
- Partner closely with clients and internal sales leadership to understand hiring needs
- Prepare candidates for interviews with detailed insight and expectation-setting
- Build long-term candidate relationships and pipelines
- Ensure a strong candidate and client experience throughout the process
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of recruiting experience
- Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills
- Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously
- High level of accountability and follow-through
- A collaborative team player with a strong work ethic
