Job Description
Are you a Dental Assistant looking for a rewarding role with growth potential? Our client is seeking a motivated Dental Assistant to join their team and deliver exceptional patient care.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist dentists during a wide range of treatment procedures
- Prepare patients for dental exams and ensure their comfort
- Take and process dental X-rays, using imaging technology
- Maintain and sterilize instruments, equipment, and operatories
- Document treatment information and patient histories in dental software
- Provide clear pre- and post-procedure care instructions
- Support a positive, efficient patient experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Dental Assistant
- Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures (prosthodontics a plus)
- Proficiency in taking X-rays and working with imaging technology
- Experience with dental software (Dentrix or similar)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- CPR or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred
