We’re looking for an experienced Machine Mechanic to join our team. This role is critical to keeping production equipment running smoothly through preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs. About the Role
As a Machine Mechanic, you will:

Perform troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of production machinery, equipment, and components.

Fabricate parts using equipment such as lathes and milling machines for emergency repairs.

Conduct electrical and electromechanical troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues.

Repair and replace defective machine components, ensuring minimal downtime.

Collaborate with the Facilities Manager and production team to address machine breakdowns efficiently.

Perform welding tasks when necessary to support repair efforts (preferred but not required).

Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.

Adhere to company safety standards and practices during all maintenance operations.
About You
You're a fit for the role of Machine Mechanic if your background includes:

High school diploma or equivalent;technical certifications or vocational training in mechanical or electrical systems preferred.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in production machinery maintenance and repair within a manufacturing environment.

Proficiency in mechanical troubleshooting and repair techniques.

Experience with electrical and electromechanical systems troubleshooting.

Skilled in operating lathes, milling machines, and other fabrication tools.
-
Welding experience is a plus.

Plumbing experience is a plus.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Flexibility and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced production environment.
