Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Folding Gluer Operator to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with mechanical aptitude and a background in glue-line assembly and production to grow with a company that values quality, safety, and teamwork.
Responsibilities

Set up and operate feeder, glue systems, folder plates, packing stations, and inspection systems.

Adjust folding machines according to job specifications, including folds, paper size, and thickness.

Operate automated, computer-controlled integrated inspection systems.

Monitor machine performance and perform quality checks throughout production.

Perform preventative maintenance and minor repairs as needed.

Maintain clean and organized equipment post-production.

Follow safety protocols and contribute to a safe working environment.
Requirements
-
3–5 years of experience as a Folding Gluer Operator in the printing or packaging industry (preferred).

Strong mechanical skills and problem-solving abilities.

Solid math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.

High attention to detail with excellent close vision.

High School Diploma or GED required.

Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
