Job Description
Position Overview
We’re looking for an experienced, customer-oriented Account Manager, Client Services to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service within a sales or manufacturing environment and a passion for building and maintaining client relationships. This role is responsible for understanding client goals, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services, and serving as the key liaison between customers and our internal teams.
Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their business goals and challenges to provide effective solutions.

Manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring needs and expectations are consistently met.

Coordinate client and internal communications regarding orders, samples, estimates, and job specifications.

Facilitate the internal flow of information across departments to ensure customer specifications are accurately prepared for production.

Manage CRM contacts, track customer interactions, monitor workflow for customers, and strategize with the sales department to solve problems.

Present proofs, obtain customer approvals, provide samples, and determine agreed-upon delivery dates.

Oversee the onsite customer experience, including strategy sessions, plant tours, and offsite visits.

Audit and update open sales orders, finished goods inventory, and open orders for billing purposes.
Qualifications
-
4–5 years of experience in customer service, sales, or a manufacturing environment.

Proficiency in Windows, Word, Excel, ERP, and CRM systems (JD Edwards preferred).

Ability to multi-task and exercise judgment in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

High school diploma required;college degree a plus.

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Ability to travel overnight occasionally as needed.
