Job Duties:
- Carefully review order sheets or digital pick lists to identify items required for each shipment
- Efficiently locate products within the warehouse using handheld scanners or manual methods
- Pick items with precision, ensuring the correct quantities and specifications are met
- Pack selected items securely, using appropriate packaging materials to prevent damage during transit
- Label packages accurately with shipping information and prepare them for dispatch
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and operational efficiency
- Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed to support smooth workflow
- Bailing cardboard
- Keeping work area clean
Qualifications:
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods throughout the shift
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions clearly
- Basic familiarity with warehouse equipment such as hand scanners or carts
- Pallet jack experience recommended;forklift experience/certification preferred
- Prior experience in order picking, packing, or warehouse operations is advantageous but not required
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment with a positive attitude
