What You’ll Do

Lead and launch the company’s new plumbing division from the ground up.

Build, hire, and train a high-performing plumbing team that reflects company values and service standards.

Oversee daily plumbing operations, including installations, repairs, and emergency response related to restoration projects.

Collaborate closely with restoration leadership to integrate plumbing services into the company’s existing offerings.

Ensure compliance with Ohio plumbing codes, safety standards, and licensing requirements.

Develop and implement best practices to drive efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

Maintain and promote the company’s culture of communication, accountability, and continuous improvement.
What You Bring
-
Valid Ohio Plumbing License (OCILB).

Minimum 5 years of hands-on plumbing experience (residential and/or commercial).

Proven leadership or supervisory experience —ideally building or managing a crew or small business.

Strong understanding of plumbing systems, codes, and safety practices.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.
