Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Industrial Electrical & Mechanical Maintenance Technician to support our manufacturing operations by maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production equipment and facility systems. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on technician who enjoys diagnosing problems, minimizing downtime, and working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

What You'll Do
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair manufacturing equipment and facility systems
- Perform preventative maintenance to maximize equipment reliability and minimize downtime
- Install and modify machinery, electrical wiring, conduit, and equipment as needed
- Repair and maintain mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and plumbing systems
- Fabricate equipment and replacement parts when required
- Maintain lift trucks and other facility equipment
- Perform general building maintenance, including light plumbing, painting, and facility repairs
- Manage tool room organization and spare parts inventory
- Maintain accurate maintenance records, preventative maintenance schedules, and parts documentation
- Work closely with production, vendors, and contractors to support plant operations
- 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Experience working with:
- PLC control systems
- Motors, drives, pumps, and lighting
- 24V DC, 110V, 240V single-phase, and 480V three-phase electrical systems
- Pneumatic and hydraulic systems
- Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings
- Experience with welding (MIG and Arc) and oxy-acetylene torch equipment
- Metal fabrication experience
- Ability to safely operate forklifts, scissor lifts, and boom lifts
- Proficient with measuring instruments including micrometers, calipers, and tape measures
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
- Reliable transportation
- Team-oriented with strong communication skills and a commitment to workplace safety
