Anderson | Biro is seeking General Labor Associates to support a manufacturing facility in Norton, Ohio. This is a hands-on role in a production environment, ideal for dependable individuals who enjoy consistent work and being part of a team.
Job Responsibilities

Assemble aerosol cans by securing tops and preparing finished products

Place completed cans into boxes and stack boxed materials onto skids

Support assembly line operations to meet daily production goals

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

Follow all safety guidelines and procedures

Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per day in an assembly line environment

Ability to perform repetitive tasks with attention to detail

Comfortable working in a manufacturing setting

Strong attendance and reliability are essential

Prior manufacturing or general labor experience is a plus, but not required
