Job Description
We are partnered on a DIRECT HIRE search for a dependable, hardworking Printing Apprentice who wants to learn the flexographic printing trade and grow with our team.
You do not need to be an experienced flexographic printer to be considered. While previous flexo, printing, machine operation, or manufacturing experience is a definite plus, we are primarily looking for someone who is reliable, driven, mechanically inclined, and eager to learn a skilled trade.
This is a direct-hire opportunity with hands-on training to learn how to set up, operate, monitor, and eventually become proficient on flexographic printing equipment.
Schedule & Compensation
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8: 00 AM–4: 30 PM
Pay: Targeting approximately $25/hour, with flexibility depending on experience
What You'll Learn & Do

Train hands-on to operate flexographic printing equipment

Learn machine set-up, changeovers, adjustments, and proper operating procedures

Assist with preparing materials, inks, tooling, and other components for production

Monitor print quality and learn how to identify and correct issues

Perform routine quality checks throughout production runs

Learn basic troubleshooting and preventative maintenance

Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work area

Work closely with experienced team members to develop your printing and production skills
