Job Description
A growing, locally owned title company is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Escrow Assistant / Closing Coordinator to support its closing and escrow operations. This role is ideal for someone with experience in title, escrow, mortgage, or real estate transactions who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and helping ensure smooth, accurate closings.
The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and comfortable managing multiple files while communicating with lenders, agents, buyers, and internal teams throughout the transaction process.

Key Responsibilities
- Order and manage mortgage payoff requests
- Coordinate surveys, HOA documents, and city certifications
- Prepare deeds and escrow-related documentation
- Send lender funding requirements and closing packages
- Assist escrow and closing teams in maintaining accurate, timely files
- Help ensure transactions move efficiently from contract to closing
- Communicate professionally with all parties involved in the transaction
- 2+ years of experience in escrow, title, mortgage, or real estate transactions preferred
- Familiarity with the residential closing process
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritize effectively
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to support others
