Customer Service Representative
Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to support daily warehouse and logistics operations. This role serves as a key point of contact for customers, ensuring orders are processed accurately, inventory records remain current, and customer inquiries are resolved promptly. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, is highly organized, and takes pride in delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
- Process inbound and outbound customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Generate shipping documents, work orders, and related paperwork
- Maintain accurate inventory records and customer information
- Coordinate special and time-sensitive shipping requests
- Track and trace shipments and communicate updates to customers
- Send completed bills of lading and shipment documentation in a timely manner
- Maintain damage reports and communicate issues as needed
- Support customer billing activities and reporting requirements
- Respond professionally to customer inquiries regarding orders, inventory, invoices, and shipments
- Collaborate with warehouse and administrative teams to ensure smooth operations
- Assist with additional clerical and operational tasks as needed
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and warehouse management systems (WMS);SAP experience is a plus
- Customer service experience preferred
- Warehouse, logistics, or distribution experience preferred
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds when necessary

Location: Brook Park, OH
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8: 00 AM - 4: 30 PM
Pay: $18.00-$19.50 per hour, based on experience
