Job Description
Anderson|Biro is seeking a dependable Assembler for a manufacturing company that specializes in filtration products used across a variety of industries.
This is a hands-on assembly position focused on smaller, detailed components. The work requires someone who is comfortable working with their hands, following specifications closely, and paying attention to the details that ensure each product meets quality standards.
What You’ll Do
•Perform manual assembly of small filters and components
•Follow detailed work instructions, specifications, and procedures
•Use basic measuring tools to verify dimensions and accuracy
•Inspect completed products for quality and consistency
•Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
•Meet production and quality expectations
•Communicate any quality concerns or issues with the appropriate team member
What We’re Looking For
•Previous assembly, manufacturing, production, or hands-on experience preferred
•Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
•Ability to follow written instructions and specifications
•Comfortable using basic measuring tools
•Good hand dexterity and ability to work with small components
•Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic
•Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
Pay & Schedule
Starting Pay: $18.00 per hour
Hours: 7: 00 AM to 3: 30 PM, Monday through Friday
