We’re hiring an experienced Customer Service Representative with a background in warehouse, shipping, logistics, or distribution. This is a full-time opportunity for someone who enjoys working with customers while staying closely involved with day-to-day warehouse and shipping operations.
Shift
- Night Shift: 6: 00 PM–6: 00 AM
- Rotating Schedule: Work three days one week, four days the following week
- Schedule: Work approximately 15 days per month
- 12-hour shifts with more scheduled days off than a traditional workweek
What You’ll Do
- Communicate with customers by phone, email, and in person regarding orders and shipments
- Process customer orders, receipts, and shipping documentation
- Track shipments and provide customers with timely updates
- Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure orders are processed correctly
- Expedite urgent orders and help resolve shipping delays
- Verify invoices and assist with billing-related questions
- Research and resolve inventory, shipment, and service issues
- Serve as a liaison between customers, warehouse operations, and administrative teams
- Maintain customer files, records, and account-specific procedures
- Prepare reports and complete general administrative duties as needed
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- At least one year of customer service, warehouse, logistics, shipping, or distribution experience
- Previous experience working with orders, shipments, inventory, or warehouse operations preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Comfortable using computers and Microsoft Excel
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable attendance and reliable transportation
- Ability to work the full rotating 12-hour night schedule
