Machine Operator (Overnight Shift) –Direct Hire
$24.62/hr Starting Rate | Growth + Training Opportunities
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Machine Operator to support overnight production for a growing manufacturing team. This is a direct hire opportunity offering long-term stability, structured pay increases, and hands-on training.

What You’ll Do
- Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure quality output
- Load/unload materials and keep production running efficiently
- Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, and gauges
- Adjust machine settings to meet specifications and tolerances
- Perform basic maintenance (cleaning, lubrication, calibration)
- Troubleshoot minor issues and escalate when needed
- Maintain accurate production and inspection records
- Follow all safety and quality standards
- Mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn (manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required)
- Experience with measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges) preferred
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a physical environment and lift up to 50 lbs
- Dependable with a strong work ethic
- Direct hire role (not contract)
- Starting pay: $23.62/hr + $1.00 shift differential = $24.62/hr
