Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Folder Gluer Operator –Apprentice to join our client's manufacturing team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in operating folder gluer machinery while learning the skills needed to advance in production operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with setup, operation, and monitoring of folder gluer equipment.
- Ensure consistent production quality and meet daily production targets.
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on machinery to ensure proper operation.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot minor equipment or production issues.
- Learn and adhere to production processes, quality standards, and company procedures.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Mechanical aptitude or prior experience in manufacturing is a plus but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
- Willingness to learn and grow in a hands-on production role.
