Are you passionate about customer service and have an interest in design and packaging? Our client is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their collaborative and innovative team. This direct hire role is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career path—with potential to grow into management, inside sales, or even outside sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with clients to manage orders, timelines, and expectations

  • Coordinate internal workflow to ensure projects stay on track

  • Enter customer orders and maintain accurate documentation

  • Support quoting, proofing, and sample requests for packaging products

  • Address and help resolve customer complaints or issues

  • Collaborate closely with design, sales, and production departments

  • Learn product specifications, printing processes, and packaging capabilities

  • Deliver responsive, high-quality service to contribute to a positive customer experience

Qualifications:

  • 1–2 years of customer service experience (office or B2B setting preferred)

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficient in basic Microsoft Excel functions

  • Highly detail-oriented and organized with strong multitasking skills

  • Interest in or background related to design is a plus

  • Team-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
