We’re seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Maintenance Technician to help keep facility operations running smoothly. You’ll play a vital role in preventing equipment issues, performing timely repairs, and supporting safe and efficient operations.
This is a full-time role with competitive pay, a strong benefits package, and room for advancement.
Key Responsibilities:
·Assemble, install, and repair equipment per schematics or instructions
·Troubleshoot and test equipment to meet required performance
·Dismantle, inspect, clean, lubricate, and repair or replace defective parts
·Perform and document preventive maintenance tasks
·Train operators on safe and efficient equipment usage
·Minimize unscheduled downtime by keeping equipment in excellent condition
·Maintain updated forms for safety and TPM compliance
·Accurately complete service reports, installation feedback, and expense logs
Skills & Qualifications:
·High school diploma or trade school degree
·2+ years of mechanical and electrical maintenance experience (preferred)
·Familiarity with pneumatics, hydraulics, and electrical/mechanical diagrams
·Experience with multi-meters and micrometers
·Basic computer and typing skills
·Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
·Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
·Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and navigate various physical positions
·Prior experience in the print industry and with printing equipment is a plus
Working Environment:
·Frequent exposure to dust, oils, chemicals, and moving machinery
·PPE required;work may be performed on the production floor
·Physical requirements include standing, stooping, climbing, and lifting
