Job Description
Join the team as a Machine Operator in Westlake, Ohio, where you’ll work with a leading manufacturing company known for quality, innovation, and a strong commitment to employee development.
This is a full-time position with opportunities to train on 1st shift and move to 3rd shift once trained.
Responsibilities:
·Efficiently set up and operate a Cut to Length (CTL) Line to produce high-quality products safely.
·Cut and level aluminum, stainless steel, and galvanized materials.
·Monitor specifications for width, length, squareness, and gauge.
·Cut blanks of material to customer-specific sizes and tolerances.
·Identify imperfections in the metal and maintain quality standards.
·Oversee the entire CTL operation with the ability to multitask.
Minimum Qualifications:
·High school diploma or GED required.
·Experience with tooling and machine setup for CNC cutting machines is a plus.
·Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs with or without accommodation.
·Comfortable standing/walking for over eight hours per shift.
·Strong math and geometry knowledge.
·Basic computer skills and good verbal/written communication.
·1 year of CNC and/or Machine Operator experience preferred.

·Salary: $17.00 –$18.00 per hour
·8-hour shifts
·Monday through Friday
·Evening, night, and overnight shifts available
