Job Description


A growing logistics company is seeking Customer Service Representatives with warehouse and shipping experience. This position requires excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to manage a high volume of customer interaction and order processing.

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Interact with customers via phone, email, or in person to receive orders, changes, or inquiries

  • Resolve billing or service complaints and escalate issues to the appropriate departments as needed

  • Process and input all customer orders and receipts accurately

  • Generate related paperwork for customer work orders;verify orders for special requests and maintain inventory records

  • Coordinate last-minute shipping needs with freight companies and expedite orders as necessary

  • Trace orders and notify customers of updates including shipping and tracking information

  • Verify invoices to ensure accurate account billing

  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding receipts, invoices, shipments, and inventory counts in a professional and courteous manner

  • Serve as liaison between warehouse operations and customer accounts

  • Maintain accurate customer files and documentation

  • Perform general clerical duties such as answering phones, data entry, and customer correspondence

  • Keep account-specific procedure documentation up to date

  • Prepare reports as needed and assist in improving customer service processes

  • Communicate any requested changes from customers regarding shipping, handling, or account setup to management

Position Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED

  • Minimum of one year of relevant customer service or logistics-related experience

  • Strong problem-solving skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

  • Ability to interact professionally with customers, coworkers, and leadership
