Job Description
Join the team as a Flexographic Press Operator with experience in flexographic printing, where you’ll play a key role in the operation of high-quality printing presses to meet production standards.
This is a full-time position. 10: 45pm to 7: 15am. Monday - Friday
Responsibilities:
- Set up, adjust, maintain, and operate a Mark Andy 16" - 20" flexographic press.
- Install Anilox rollers, plates, inks, and dies into the proper stations, making necessary adjustments to maintain quality production.
- Notify supervision of needed repairs and replacement parts.
- Deliver finished materials to MFG areas as required.
- Ensure that assigned equipment is properly maintained and in safe operating condition.
- Understand all documents related to the printing process and adhere to specification requirements.
Position Requirements:
- Minimum high school diploma or GED and basic computer skills.
- At least 1-3 years of FLEXO PRINTING related experience with the ability to read and write simple instructions.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Must meet or exceed the minimum requirement on a mechanical test or have demonstrated mechanical aptitude through prior work experience.
- Ability to perform basic math, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
- Must be able to maintain good attendance and be willing to work overtime as needed.
- Flexibility to work any shift.
