Job Description


A leading full-service packaging manufacturer is seeking dependable Feeder/Packers to join their team. This is a full-time opportunity with a company that values safety, teamwork, and long-term employee development. Candidates must be comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment and be physically capable of lifting, bending, and performing repetitive tasks throughout the shift.

Available Shifts:

  • 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 6: 00 AM –2: 30 PM

  • 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 2: 00 PM –10: 30 PM

  • 3rd Shift: Sunday–Thursday, 10: 00 PM –6: 30 AM

Responsibilities:

  • Feed stacks of folding cartons (up to 50 lbs) into equipment from pallets

  • Continuously lift and move product as stack height decreases

  • Stack and pack cartons from press into boxes at waist height

  • Count and inspect product to ensure quality and job accuracy

  • Detect incorrect job numbers, collator marks, or color discrepancies

  • Maintain clean and organized work areas

  • Follow safety standards and production guidelines

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED required

  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or packaging setting preferred

  • Must be able to lift, push, and pull up to 75 pounds

  • Ability to bend and stand for extended periods in a fast-paced environment

  • Must be flexible and available for overtime or weekend work as needed

  • Basic math and computer skills;familiarity with measuring tools a plus

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

  • Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential
