Feeder Packer
Job Description
A leading full-service packaging manufacturer is seeking dependable Feeder/Packers to join their team. This is a full-time opportunity with a company that values safety, teamwork, and long-term employee development. Candidates must be comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment and be physically capable of lifting, bending, and performing repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
Available Shifts:
-
1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 6: 00 AM –2: 30 PM
-
2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 2: 00 PM –10: 30 PM
-
3rd Shift: Sunday–Thursday, 10: 00 PM –6: 30 AM
Responsibilities:
-
Feed stacks of folding cartons (up to 50 lbs) into equipment from pallets
-
Continuously lift and move product as stack height decreases
-
Stack and pack cartons from press into boxes at waist height
-
Count and inspect product to ensure quality and job accuracy
-
Detect incorrect job numbers, collator marks, or color discrepancies
-
Maintain clean and organized work areas
-
Follow safety standards and production guidelines
Qualifications:
-
High School Diploma or GED required
-
Previous experience in a manufacturing or packaging setting preferred
-
Must be able to lift, push, and pull up to 75 pounds
-
Ability to bend and stand for extended periods in a fast-paced environment
-
Must be flexible and available for overtime or weekend work as needed
-
Basic math and computer skills;familiarity with measuring tools a plus

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
-
Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential
